My name is Yasmine Shaban and I am an Industrial Designer
focued on strategy, innovation, and research and a NEXT Innovation Scholar from Beirut, Lebanon.
I moved to the United States in October 2019 after a revolution started in Beirut
as I was studying Graphic Design in college.
I try to never let what I don’t know scare me or stand in my way, learning is the only way through any situation.
In 2021, I was nominated to represent the College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning and my home country in the University of Cincinnati’s episode on The College Tours on Amazon Prime.
Soon afterwards, I became an International Ambassador. Today, I am part of the NEXT Innovation Scholars Program.
