Beirut, Lebanon is a small country on the coast of the mediterranean
& it happens to be my home country.

Filled with culture and history, beirut is the epicenter of creative and emotional expression despite the chaos, conflict, and crisis.

“If your country is so beautiful, why would you leave?”

Its about much more than that, Lebanon has been through war and economic crises on and off over the last 50 years, making the lives of many nearly unbearable.
With the lack of electricity, water, petrol, and diesel people struggle daily to survive, make ends meet and find sustenance. The country is facing hyperinflation and the prices are fluctuating- people no longer have access to their U.S. dollars within the bank and must ration their money in order to survive.

AWARENESS IS IMPORTANT.
LEBANON IS NOT THE FIRST NOR THE LAST COUNTRY TO BE VICTIM OF CORRUPTION,
IT IS OUR JOB TO BE VOCAL AND ACTIVELY INFORM.

WE NEED TO DO BETTER.
